Our one-hour personal training sessions are tailored to your goals and any limitations you may have.
You will be guided through each session, with a focus on training safely, improving technique and making consistent progress over time.
With over 20 years of combined experience in weight training, competitive bodybuilding, military fitness and running, we bring a well rounded approach to your training.
Block bookings also include 24 hour access to our gym in Stanley, giving you the flexibility to train in your own time alongside your sessions.
