Our Small Group Lifting Club classes provide personalised attention in a group setting of up to 12 people. Each session is designed to increase strength and muscle mass through targeted exercises, focusing on proper form and progressive overload.  We split the workouts into upper and lower body sessions, effectively targeting all muscle groups each week.

Our Hybrid Fitness Classes combine high-intensity exercises with minimal rest to enhance strength, endurance, and cardio. Rotating through various stations, you'll experience a full-body workout that challenges every muscle group. Ideal for all fitness levels, these sessions help burn calories, build strength, and improve cardiovascular health.

 Our Outdoor Bootcamp is a high-energy workout that uses our versatile outdoor training area. With equipment like prowlers, slam balls, battle ropes, tyres, and sandbags, this class challenges your strength, endurance, and agility for a full-body workout in a motivating outdoor setting.

Small group weight training class in the gym, focusing on building the glutes and abs.

 Our Bums and Tums class starts with approx. 45 mins of glute-focused resistance training exercises to build and shape your glutes, followed by an intense ab circuit to tighten and strengthen your core.

Each of our three sessions are designed to suit different fitness levels and running goals, providing a supportive and motivating environment for all runners. Join us for a 3km, 5km, or 10km throughout the week - for FREE.

How to book into classes

All class bookings are managed through our app! Simply download the ‘Glofox’ app and search for ‘Coached by Jess and Myles’ to get started.


Individual classes, day passes, PT sessions, and supplements can be purchased via the app too.
