Fitness Classes in Durham and Stanley

Our fitness classes in Durham are designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness and train with structure.


Based near Stanley, we work with members from across the local area who want to train properly and see real progress.

Our Lifting Club sessions focus on building muscle and improving strength through structured weight training.


Training is split into upper and lower body across the week so all muscle groups are worked properly. Sessions are based around resistance machines, free weights and key lifts, with coaching throughout to help you progress with confidence.


This is ideal if you are looking for weight training classes in Durham or want to focus on hypertrophy and changing the way your body looks.

Our Hybrid Circuit classes are designed to improve overall fitness through structured, high effort training.


You will move through a mix of resistance work, cardio and functional exercises, helping you build strength, fitness and endurance in the same session. The focus is on working hard while maintaining good form and consistency.


These sessions also form the foundation for Hyrox and similar fitness events, combining strength and conditioning in a way that carries over directly.

Our Outdoor Bootcamp brings a more raw and varied approach to training.


Using equipment like sleds, ropes, tyres and sandbags, sessions combine strength and conditioning in an outdoor setting. It is a high energy class that keeps training engaging while still delivering a full body workout.


These sessions also incorporate running alongside functional training, making them particularly well suited to events like Wild Hybrid.

Small group weight training class in the gym, focusing on building the glutes and abs.

A focused session designed to build and strengthen your glutes and core.


The session starts with glute based resistance exercises, followed by a challenging ab circuit to finish. Simple, targeted and effective.

 Our running club is designed to support all levels and help you stay consistent.


With 3k, 5k and 10k options, each session gives you structure and a supportive environment to improve your running over time.
