Our Outdoor Bootcamps combine running with movements such as sandbag lunges, farmers carries and D-ball to shoulder, with exercises varied across sessions.
Our Lifting Club sessions build the strength behind these movements, helping you improve performance and progress over time.
This allows you to train in a way that carries over directly into Hyrox and similar fitness events.
Many people preparing for events like Hyrox focus too much on specific workouts and exercises instead of building the overall strength and fitness required.
Our approach develops both strength and endurance at the same time, helping you improve performance, manage fatigue and maintain effort across longer sessions.
