Over the eight weeks, we'll keep you accountable with weekly check-ins to track your progress and adjust your plans as needed. We'll also set mini challenges to keep you motivated!
We want to help you build healthy habits through regular exercise and nutritious eating that you can continue you after the challenge ends. These lifestyle changes will not only enhance your well-being but will also significantly boost your mood and reduce stress.

To make things easier for you, we'll provide you with set meal plans so you can prepare your food in advance without the hassle of tracking calories. This ensures you hit your calorie target as well as your macro-nutrient goals.
Our training plan splits your workouts into upper and lower body sessions, effectively targeting all muscle groups each week. If there are any areas you would like to target more than others, we may even give you an extra 'focus day'.
As well as weight training days, we'll incorporate expenditure targets (cardio and steps) into your plan to keep you fit, promote fat loss, and maintain overall health.
Our weight training and fitness classes are designed to challenge you and make you work to the best of your ability while still having fun. Over the 8 weeks, you'll have unlimited access to them all!
With 24/7 access, you can work out whenever it's convenient for you. Our gym is always open and ready for you to get your sweat on.
We'll ask you to check-in with us every week so that we can track your progress and update your plans accordingly. We'll also set you mini challenges to keep you motivated!
